1x01: Pilot (September 9, 2010)
When she was a deeply troubled teenager, Nikita (Maggie Q, "Mission Impossible III") was rescued from death row by a secret U.S. agency known only as Division, who trained her as a spy and assassin. Nikita was eventually betrayed by the only people she thought she could trust. Now, after three years in hiding, Nikita is seeking retribution and making it clear to her former boss, Percy (Xander Berkeley, "24") and her former friends Michael (Shane West, "E.R.") and Birkhoff (Aaron Stanford, "X-Men: The Last Stand) that she will stop at nothing to expose and destroy their covert operation. Division continues to recruit and train other young people, among them Jaden (Tiffany Hines, "Bones") and Thom (Ashton Holmes, "Boston Legal"), erasing all evidence of their former lives and turning them into cold and efficient killers. One of these new recruits, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca, "Kick-Ass") is a beautiful girl with a violent past and a story not so different from Nikita's. The recruits all spend part of their training with Amanda (Melinda Clarke, "The O.C."), a master manipulator who can turn any ugly duckling into a swan and any bleeding heart into a killer. 1x02: 2.0 (September 16, 2010)
Percy (Xander Berkeley) and Michael (Shane West) take their latest assignment, a Slavic leader wanted for war crimes, into protective custody. Nikita (Maggie Q) learns of their hideout and attempts to thwart their plan, but a mysterious group of mercenaries in search of nuclear material beats her to the task. Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) is activated earlier than expected for a special assignment that throws her into the crossfire of bullets. A flashback reveals a pivotal moment in Nikita’s life. 1x03: Kill Jill (September 23, 2010)
Nikita (Maggie Q) rescues Jill (guest star Julie Gonzalo, “Eli Stone”), a journalist who is trying to expose a conspiracy involving Division and a major plane crash. Michael (Shane West) and Percy (Xander Berkeley) suspect Birkoff (Aaron Stanford) of being Nikita’s inside mole and send Amanda (Melinda Clarke) in to interrogate him. Michael enlists the help of the recruits, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca), Jaden (Tiffany Hines) and Thom (Ashton Holmes), to help them locate their latest target. 1x04: Rough Trade (September 30, 2010)
Nikita (Maggie Q) delves into her past when she posed as a nanny for an influential government official and decides to right the wrong of his death. During the mission, Michael (Shane West) comes to Nikita’s rescue and begins to doubt Percy’s (Xander Berkeley) motives…. Back at Division, while undergoing basic training, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) suffers from a panic attack which prompts Amanda (Melinda Clarke) to break her of claustrophobia. 1x05: The Guardian (October 7, 2010)
Divison’s secrets are at risk of being revealed to the world when Owen (guest star Devon Sawa, “Final Destination”), a Division operative, escapes from a bank robbery and becomes a fugitive. Percy (Xander Berkeley) decides to search for Owen himself, which makes Michael (Shane West) suspicious of his motives. Nikita (Maggie Q) and Owen go head-to-head until Percy joins them for a tense standoff. Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) sneaks into Percy’s office to warn Nikita, but she is busted by Thom (Ashton Holmes) and the two share an intimate moment. Aaron Stanford, Melinda Clarke and Tiffany Hines also star. David Solomon directed the episode written by Albert Kim.
1x06: Resistance (October 21, 2010)
A bus filled with Division recruits is attacked by terrorists who kidnap Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) and Thom (Ashton Holmes), both of whom are unaware that this is a test by Division. Percy (Xander Berkeley), Michael (Shane West) and Amanda (Melinda Clarke) watch as Alex is tortured. Alex breaks free and contacts Nikita (Maggie Q) for help. Meanwhile, Nikita has earned Owen's (guest star Devon Sawa, "Final Destination") trust and he reveals some devastating news to Nikita about her fiance. Aaron Stanford and Tiffany Hines also star. 1x07: The Recruit (October 28, 2010)
Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) informs Nikita (Maggie Q) that one of the recruits has been activated to carry out a suicide mission. Nikita intercepts the recruit just as Michael (Shane West) arrives, and the two sides exchange gunfire. Meanwhile, back inside the walls of Division, another recruit decides to attack several guards, creating mass chaos. 1x08: Phoenix (November 4, 2010)
Division sends Thom (Ashton Holmes) to eliminate Anna (guest star Rayisa Kondracki, "The Bridge"), a woman who was having a secret affair with a U.S. Senator (guest star Spencer Garrett, "Leverage"). Division agrees to cover up any trace of the affair as long as the Senator agrees to help pass a bill that will continue to fund the agency. Nikita (Maggie Q), with Alex's (Lyndsy Fonseca) help, attempts to reach out to Anna's parents, but the conversation doesn't go as she expected. 1x09: One Way (November 11, 2010)
Nikita (Maggie Q) and Michael (Shane West) temporarily team-up to kill a terrorist who murdered Michael's family many years ago. When Percy (Xander Berkeley) learns this information, he sends Division agents to kill Nikita, who ultimately compromises the mission, leading to Michael's capture by the terrorist group. Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) is caught going through medical files inside Division so she creates a lie that involves Jaden (Tiffany Hines) and almost blows her cover. Melinda Clarke, Aaron Stanford and Ashton Holmes also star. Ken Fink directed the episode written by Albert Kim. 
1x10: Dark Matter (December 2, 2010)
Owen (guest star Devon Sawa) leaks secret information from Division's black boxes to the media, revealing that the U.S. Government was responsible for an assassination in Chile. As a result, Percy (Xander Berkeley) frames a C.I.A. agent, Ryan (guest star Noah Bean, "Damages") for the crime. Nikita (Maggie Q) and Owen go to Chile to rescue Ryan from mercenaries and in doing so end up getting captured. Nikita reveals the secrets of Division to Ryan in an effort to save all of their lives. Back inside Division, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) spies on Percy and Birkhoff (Aaron Stanford) and witnesses a side to Percy she has never seen before. 1x11: All The Way (December 9, 2010)
Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) informs Nikita (Maggie Q) that Division is sending her on her first mission to kill the leader of a crime syndicate. Alex is uneasy about taking someone's life but is reassured by Nikita who insists on helping her with the kill order. Birkhoff (Aaron Stanford) informs Percy (Xander Berkeley) and Michael (Shane West) when he discovers the shell program that a Division mole has been using to connect to Nikita in the outside world. When the mission doesn't go as planned, Nikita makes a quick decision in an effort to clear Alex's name. Inside Division, Jayden (Tiffany Hines) attempts to reveal Alex as the mole but Thom (Ashton Holmes) steps in and a shocking accident clears her name. 1x12: Free (January 27, 2011)
Now an agent, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) gets a new apartment and is given a cover job. She meets her new neighbor Nathan (guest star Thad Luckenbill) who invites her to a party at his house. Nikita (Maggie Q) warns Alex about getting too involved with people but Alex struggles between her duties at Division and living a normal life. Nikita realizes Division has implanted a kill chip in Alex's head and sets out to gain control of the chip. While interrogating Birkhoff (Aaron Stanford), Nikita stuns Ryan (guest star Noah Bean) by revealing a secret. Shane West also stars. 1x13: Coup de Grace (February 3, 2011)
Alex's (Lyndsy Fonseca) first assignment is a group mission to kill the Prince of Georgia at a museum gala. After Alex tells Nikita (Maggie Q) about the order, the two devise a plan to foil the assassination. However, Nikita trusts the wrong person and their plans are foiled, resulting in a stand-off and alerting Division that Nikita is in the building. Percy (Xander Berkeley) sends Michael (Shane West) in to kill Nikita. Nathan Hope directed the episode written by Albert Kim.
1x14: The Next Seduction (February 10, 2011)
Ryan (guest star Noah Bean) intercepts a message about a dangerous cutting edge weapon coming into the U.S. so he asks Nikita (Maggie Q) to help him stop the delivery. Nikita discovers the man bringing the weapon into the country is Voss (guest star Matthew Marsden), a man she was forced to have a relationship with while undercover at Division. She reluctantly resumes her alter ego to retrieve the missile. Meanwhile, Michael (Shane West) interferes in Alex's (Lyndsy Fonseca) new life with Nathan (guest star Thad Luckinbill). David Soloman directed the episode written by Carlos Coto. 
1x15: Alexandra (February 17, 2011)
While out on a mission for Division, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) runs into Irina (guest star Ksenia Solo), a woman from her past. Alex tries to help Irina break free from her captor, but her old friend double crosses her and turns Alex over to Vlad (guest star Mark Ivanir), a Russian mobster, with a debt to settle. Nikita (Maggie Q) realizes Alex is in trouble and sets out to save her but runs into Michael who is searching for his missing agent. Realizing she can't compromise Alex's secret, Maggie must find a way to work with Michael to save Alex without getting her friend killed by Division. 1x16: Echoes (February 24, 2011)
In order to speed up her healing, Amanda (Melinda Clarke) sedates Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) after her last mission then takes advantage of Alex's drugged condition to question her about the secrets Amanda believes Alex is keeping. Nikita (Maggie Q) realizes Alex is in danger and tries to secure her another identity to smuggle her out of the country. However, Nikita's contact double-crosses her and she comes face to face with a surprising opponent. Meanwhile, Michael (Shane West) becomes suspicious of Alex and asks Birkhoff (guest star Aaron Stanford) to investigate her. Nick Copus directed the episode written by Kristen Reidel. 
1x17: Covenants (April 7, 2011)
Michael (Shane West) confronts Nikita (Maggie Q) in her lair and reveals that he knows Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) is the mole. He tells Nikita that she has 24 hours to find Kasim (guest star Haaz Sleiman), the man who killed Michael's family, or he will tell Percy (Xander Berekley) about Alex. 1x18: Into The Dark (April 14, 2011)
Owen (Devon Sawa) returns with information on one of Percy's (Xander Berkeley) black boxes. Nikita (Maggie Q) returns to London with him to retrieve it but notices that Owen is acting strangely. Owen tells Nikita that he wants to release the contents of the black box and when Nikita disagrees, he turns on her. Meanwhile, Percy finds out Nikita is in London and dispenses Michael (Shane West) to kill her. Also, Amanda (Melinda Clarke) overhears Jaden (Tiffany Hines) arguing with Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) about the escape tunnels so she hooks Alex up to a lie detector to get the truth out of her once and for all. 1x19: Girl's Best Friend (April 21, 2011)
Nikita (Maggie Q) believes it's getting too dangerous for Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) at Division and decides it's time Alex disappeared. Alex agrees but before the plan can be put in motion, she and Jaden (Tiffany Hines) are assigned to an overseas mission to stop the son of a foreign president (guest star Edi Gathegi) from selling a newly developed nerve toxin. Things go awry and Alex must decide between saving the mission or saving herself. Rob Lieberman directed the episode written by Carlos Coto. 
1x20: Glass Houses (April 28, 2011)
Frustrated that Nikita (Maggie Q) continues to intercept his black boxes, Percy (Xander Berkeley) sends Michael (Shane West) to check on one of the boxes and the guardian attached to it. Nikita makes it to the small Pennsylvania town first and is shocked to find that the guardian is a normal woman named Dana (guest star Christina Moses) who has abandoned her post and is attempting to live a normal life with her husband and child. Tensions mount when Michael is forced to report Dana's actions and Division swarms in to clean up any evidence of her existence. Meanwhile, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) and Jaden (Tiffany Hines) get into an argument and Nathan (guest star Thad Luckinbill) gets caught in the middle. 1x21: Betrayals (May 5, 2011)
After Michael (Shane West) learns that Percy (Xander Berkeley) has ordered Divison to kill anyone who could decrypt the black boxes, he sends Nikita (Maggie Q) in to save the last person on the list, a CIA cryptographer named Malcolm (guest star Rich Sommer). Nikita kidnaps Malcom and takes him to Ryan (guest star Noah Bean) for protection. Meanwhile, Percy turns on Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca). Eagle Egilsson directed the episode written by Andrew Colville. 
1x22: Pandora (May 12, 2011)
In an explosive season finale, Percy (Xander Berkeley) makes a move to take over the CIA, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) goes rogue, and Michael (Shane West) gets trapped inside Division making him unable to help Nikita (Maggie Q), who may have to pay with her life for helping Alex. 2x01: Game Change (September 23, 2011)
Nikita (Maggie Q) and Michael (Shane West) plot to take down Division and Oversight and are prepared to use the contents of the black box to do so. Amanda (Melinda Clarke) is now running Division but Oversight has assigned one of their own, a new agent named Sean (guest star) Dillon Casey), to keep an eye on her. Amanda's first mission is to get back the black box from Nikita, and she enlists Alex's help to do so. Alex refuses until Amanda tells her she will help her find the man who killed Alex's father. Meanwhile, Nikita and Michael find help from an unlikely ally. Danny Cannon directed the episode written by Craig Silverstein. 
2x02: Falling Ash (September 30, 2011)
While investigating an old corrupt Division program, P9, that seems to have resurfaced, Nikita (Maggie Q) and Michael (Shane West) run into Owen (guest star Devon Sawa). He tells them he is searching for Dr. Joseph Mars (guest star John Ralston), who is not only the mastermind behind P9, but also invented the Regimen and could help Owen wean himself off the dangerous drug. Michael is hesitant to trust Owen again but Nikita decides the three should join forces. Percy (Xander Berkeley) demands to see Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca). Aaron Stanford and Melinda Clarke also star. 2x03: Knightfall (October 7, 2011)
Birkoff (Aaron Stanford) tells Nikita (Maggie Q) and Michael (Shane West) that a black box file reveals that an international terrorist named Ramon (guest star Simon Kassianides), who has been taking credit for some serious political assassinations, now works for Division. This news upsets Nikita since she was the agent that captured Ramon years ago and turned him over to Percy (Xander Berkeley). Amanda (Melinda Clarke) convinces Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) to kill Anton Kochenko (guest star Paul Braunstein), a man who used to work for Alex's father, and plans to let Ramon take the credit for the murder. However, when Nikita disrupts Amanda's plan, Amanda fights back by taking what Nikita loves most. Ken Fink directed the episode written by Carols Coto. 
2x04: Partners (October 14, 2011)
Nikita (Maggie Q) is stunned when she hears that her old Division partner Kelly (guest star Katheryn Winnick) escaped from a Turkish prison. Nikita thought Kelly died years ago and always felt responsible because it happened on the mission where Nikita escaped from Division. Knowing Amanda (Melinda Clarke) will go after Kelly, Nikita tells Michael (Shane West) they have to go to Turkey to help her. Amanda sends Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) and Roan (guest star Rob Stewart) to Europe to stop the former partners from reuniting. Dermott Downs directed the episode written by Kristen Reidel.
2x05: Looking Glass (October 21, 2011)
Michael (Shane West) discovers Cassandra (guest star Helena Mattsson), a woman he once romanced under Division orders, is in danger. Feeling guilty for how things ended, he wants to help her but Nikita (Maggie Q) suspects there is more to it than easing his conscience. Amanda (Melinda Clarke) manipulates Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) into helping her on a mission but Sean (Dillon Casey) gets caught in Amanda's web of lies and begins to doubt Division's true motives. Ken Girotti directed the episode written by Albert Kim. 
2x06: 343 Walnut Lane (October 28, 2011)
While searching for information on the black box, Birkoff (Aaron Stanford) stumbles upon Nikita's (Maggie Q) birth certificate. Nikita and Michael track down Nikita's father Richard (guest star David Keith), but the reunion is not quite what Nikita expected. Percy (Xander Berkeley) tells Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) that the black box that Nikita has contains information that could help her avenge her father's death. 2x07: Clawback (November 4, 2011)
While in prison, Ryan (guest star Noah Bean) discovers patterns that reveal how Oversight gets its funding. Ryan arranges a meeting with Nikita (Maggie Q) to fill her in, but Amanda (Melinda Clarke) intercepts their coded messages to each other and alerts Oversight, who sends in one of their own to interrogate Ryan. Nikita and Michael (Shane West) scramble to break Noah out of prison before Oversight gets to him. Meanwhile, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) is being tailed by Gogol, and comes face to face with someone from her past. Eagle Egilsson directed the episode written by Michael Brandon Guercio. 
2x08: London Calling (November 11, 2011)
Michael (Shane West) becomes alarmed when he hears Cassandra (guest star Helena Mattsson) is in trouble and rushes off to help her. He discovers General Tupelov (guest star Paulino Nunes) has accused her of stealing two million dollars and has threatened to kill her unless she returns it. However, when Cassandra's story doesn't add up, Nikita (Maggie Q) becomes suspicious of what she might be hiding. Meanwhile, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) receives a very tempting offer from Percy (Xander Berkeley) that could give her the resources to eliminate Semak. 2x09: Fair Trade (November 18, 2011)
Nikita (Maggie Q) steals funds from Oversight, forcing them to host an emergency meeting. Nikita and Birkoff (Aaron Stanford) figure out how to spy on the meeting so Nikita can identify the other members of Oversight, but things go awry and Sean (Dillon Casey) captures Birkoff. Amanda (Melinda Clarke) demands to know where Nikita is hiding but Birkoff refuses to give up his friend so she tortures him. Meanwhile, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) sets her plan in motion to reclaim her father's empire. With a price on her head, Alex realizes the easiest way to get into Russia undetected is the same way she was smuggled out – through the illegal sex ring. 2x10: Guardians (December 2, 2011)
With Michael (Shane West) out of town, Nikita (Maggie Q) turns to Owen (guest star Devon Sawa) to help her track down and steal another black box from a Guardian. Unfortunately, she discovers that Owen is working for an unlikely employer that could jeopardize Nikita's whole operation. Amanda (Melinda Clarke) realizes Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) received privileged information about Semak (guest star Peter J. Lucas) and that information could only have come from Percy (Xander Berkeley). Furious that Percy undermined her, Amanda strips him of all his amenities. Back home in Russia, Alex finally makes her move on Semak. Dwight Little directed the episode written by Albert Kim. 
2x11: Pale Fire (January 6, 2012)
Alex's mission to take down Gogol comes to a head as she infiltrates her childhood home and faces ghosts from her past. On a completely separate mission, Nikita also ends up at the mansion to steal Semak's (guest star Peter J. Lucas) black box. Nikita and Alex run into each other and decide to join forces, but they run into a major roadblock. Meanwhile, Michael and Owen (guest star Devon Sawa) work together to figure out Percy's secret plan with the Guardians. Aaron Stanford and Melinda Clarke also star. 2x12: Sanctuary (January 13, 2012)
Sean (Dillon Casey) attacks Nikita (Maggie Q) and Michael (Shane West) in an effort to protect his mother. Meanwhile, Percy (Xander Berkeley) gets the upper hand on Amanda (Melinda Clarke) and threatens to level Division unless she releases him. Lyndsy Fonseca and Aaron Stanford also star. Steven A. 2x13: Clean Sweep (February 3, 2012)
Percy (Xander Berkeley) has his Guardians hold the members of Oversight hostage until Amanda (Melinda Clarke) agrees to his demands. If she doesn't, the Guardians will shoot all the members of Oversight and release a deadly gas inside Division that will instantly kill everyone, including Amanda. Nikita (Maggie Q) is torn between letting the enemy fall and saving the innocent lives inside Division. Meanwhile, Sean (Dillon Casey) is frantic to save his mother from Percy's clutches and turns to Nikita, Michael (Shane West) and Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) for help. Aaron Stanford also stars. 2x14: Rogue (February 10, 2012)
Percy (Xander Berkeley) continues his plan to take back Division by threatening to kill Nikita's (Maggie Q) mentor Carla (guest star Erica Gimpel, "Fame"), the woman who took Nikita off the streets when she was a junkie. Determined to get to Carla before Percy, Nikita uses Madeline (guest star Alberta Watson) to send her a message. Percy intercepts the message and it's a race to see who can get to Carla first. Meanwhile, Amanda (Melinda Clarke) tells Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) it's time for her to take back Zetrov and reveal to the world that Alexandra Udinov is alive. Shane West and Aaron Stanford also star. 2x15: Origins (February 17, 2012)
Nikita (Maggie Q) and Michael (Shane West) try to help Carla (guest star Erica Gimpel) remember her past, which holds the key to taking down Division. Carla recounts the night Nikita was arrested and Nikita is stunned at what she learns. Meanwhile, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) shows up at a Zetrov press conference where Semak (guest star Peter J. Lucas) is speaking and announces that she's Alexandra Udinov. Alex demands a trade -- her mother for the empire. Melinda Clarke, Xander Berkeley and Aaron Stanford also star. 2x16: Doublecross (March 16, 2012)
Division is in an uproar when their agents are being assassinated one by one. Amanda (Melinda Clarke) realizes Percy (Xander Berkeley) is behind the murders and is trying to undermine her authority with the other Division agents. She reluctantly calls Nikita (Maggie Q) with an offer that is hard to resist -- stop Percy and she'll give Nikita Ryan (guest star Noah Bean). Shane West, Lyndsy Fonseca and Aaron Stanford also star. 2x17: Arising (March 23, 2012)
Michael is furious when he discovers a secret that Cassandra (guest star Helena Mattsson) kept from him, so he and Nikita fly to Moscow to confront her. Meanwhile, Alex makes a last ditch effort to find her mother (guest star Sarah Clarke) by sending out a coded message through a televised interview. 2x18: Power (March 30, 2012)
Amanda and Ari (guest star Peter Outerbridge) set up a board meeting with Zetrov and prepare to take over the company. After a heated face-to-face confrontation between Nikita and Amanda, Nikita recalls what Amanda was like when she was first brought to Division. Meanwhile, Alex surprises Ari by showing up at the board meeting with an old and powerful friend. Shane West and Aaron Stanford also star. Chris Peppe directed the episode written by Carlos Coto. 
2x19: Wrath (April 20, 2012)
When Nikita (Maggie Q) worked for Division, she targeted a man named Nicholas Brandt (guest star Rick Ravanello) and infiltrated his inner circle. She captured him and he's been behind bars ever since. However, Percy (Xander Berkeley) springs Brant, and his first mission is to capture Nikita for payback. After he has her in his clutches, he tortures her, forcing Nikita to face a side of herself she thought she had long buried. Meanwhile, Percy continues to play mind games with Michael (Shane West), Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) and Sean (Dillon Casey), pushing one of them to the brink of death. Aaron Stanford also stars. Team Nikita has one last chance to hit Percy again, but Birkhoff is arrested trying to regain his millions and Nikita realizes she must break him out of jail before Division gets to him. Unfortunately, Alex and Sean get caught at the very location that Percy blows up as an example of his power. Nikita and Michael invade Division in an attempt to capture Percy. The team is alerted and Michael (Shane West) sets out to find Nikita before Amanda does. While Birkoff (Aaron Stanford) and Ryan (Noah Bean) help Michael from their new mobile office, a high-tech aircraft, Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) stakes out a human-trafficking ring and learns The Shop is involved.
